Mr. Piester is a highly motivated and results-focused business executive with an exceptional record of creating, growing and managing businesses by maximizing shareholder value, customer recruitment, profitability, revenue, and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to founding Silver Creek Partners, Mr. Piester founded a leading sales and sales management-consulting firm, specializing in senior-level and executive level search appointments. Mr. Piester led very successful recruiting campaigns for many high profile established and early stage companies.

Mr. Piester also Co-Founded an energy solutions company that was later sold to a private venture group.
